Ceramic Tile Repair

This was a relatively new shower with a construction defect that allowed water to wick up the wall behind the tile. The ceramic tile was first removed, the damaged drywall replaced with tile backerboard, and then the tile was replaced. Unfortunately in the removal and cleaning of the existing tile, several tiles were broken and replacement tile couldn't be found. The solution was to add a stripe of gray tile that appears to have been part of the original design.
